Documentviewer windows security pop-up

The fix is to add the Document Viewer website to the Local Internet site as ok. Here is how to do that:

Open Internet Explorer and go to http://documentviewer or http://documentviewer.ndep-ad.nv.gov (it will give you a pop-up and you can hit cancel, which will give invalid credentials message)

Go to Settings/Internet Options

Click on the Security Tab and Click on Local Intranet

Choose the Sites button ( you may need to click on advanced to the area where you can add sites)

It will show the website you are trying to get to in the “add this website to the zone” field, click add

Click close

Now you should be able to get to the website without the Windows Security pop-up.
