Email properties of a Contact
Open the Contact (in the contact folder) and right click on the email address.
In the Email properties change Internet Format to: Send Plain Text Only
Changes made here apply to all messages sent to this person.
Catch – Outlook will look in the ‘suggested contacts’ before it looks in the ‘contacts’ folder for any user it sends emails to. Make sure that the account in question ONLY exists in one location.
