Public Meetings in the Bryan Building – Notifying Support Staff

For any meeting being held in the Bryan Building which has members of the public attending in person, please follow the procedure below to ensure the building lobby staff can direct your meeting participants to the correct location.   

When creating your meeting, in addition to inviting your participants and any conference rooms, also invite “DCNR Bryan Building Public Meetings”.  This will copy your meeting to a calendar that the lobby staff can review.
