Accessing the Office 365 Portal

  1. Office 365 Portal - One of the many benefits included with your new Cloud Enabled mailbox is access to the Office 365 Portal: https://portal.office.com.
    1. Upon signing in, you will have access to your full suite of Office applications via a web browser including documents you have stored in OneDrive.
    2. OneDrive is only to be used as a temporary, “while I am not in the office, but I want to work on this” location. Once you get back to the office, move the document back to the network so a backup is retained. OneDrive is not for Official State Records.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) will be required any time you sign into your portal.office.com account outside of the state’s network (when you aren’t in the building).
