Microsoft Word Mail Merge Column Order

When doing a mail merge in Word, the columns in the recipients list will be shown according to the Matched Fields.  Any fields that are not matched will be shown to the right of the matched fields.  To avoid unexpected ordering of columns, match all used fields, or match no fields and the data source order will be used.
