VPN Access

To request VPN access, please fill out the DocuSign form linked here: VPN Request Form  Please notify your supervisor that they will be receiving this form.  Leave Pg 2 blank.

To request VPN access for a Contractor, please fill out the DocuSign form linked here: VPN CONTRACTOR Request Form  Please notify the Contractor's POC (if it's not you) that they will be receiving this form.  This form has 3 pages to complete.

You must provide your correct Budget Account for OCIO to create your VPN, without it they will not process it.  To find your Budget Account create an email and click on your name, the budget account is a 4 digit number under your name.  Alternatively, lookup your name in the address book, your budget code is the department.

There is no cost for VPN accounts.

Please note, it can take many days or longer for your request to be processed.  If you have a High Priority VPN Request for an essential user, please forward that request to your Administrator for priority processing.
